SHIPPING

Each choker is custom crafted using AAA or AA+ pearls.  There is no stock pile of pearls.  Therefore, orders are on a first come/first served basis.

After being made, chokers are sent to G.I.A. (Gemological Institute of America) for certification if the client has purchased this additional service.  You will receive an email once your order has been shipped to G.I.A. for certification.  It is returned to Circuit Part Jewelers within 5 (five)-10 (ten) business days, then appraised.  If GIA certification has not been purchased, chokers are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment domestically and 48 hours after cleared payment internationally.

Shipping within the US is via USPS Express Mail Overnight.  However, because we are in Hawaii, all orders east of the Mississippi are Second Day.  Sorry, but USPS rules apply.  International packages are shipped via DHL.  All packages require a signature upon delivery.  Shipping insurance and delivery confirmation are included.  Foreign clients are responsible for all applicable duties

REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is guaranteed, however, all sales are considered final.  In the event your choker arrives damaged, unwearable, or you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please email Circuit Party Jewelers and obtain an exchange/refund authorization number.  Be sure to include your name, order number, phone number, address, and reason for exchange/refund in the email.  You will then be required to ship the item back in ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION INCLUDING ATTACHED INVENTORY TAGS within 5 (five) days of receipt via traceable shipping method.  Upon arrival, your purchase will be resent to G.I.A. for recertification.  After your purchase has been returned from G.I.A. and recertified, your account wil be credited for the purchase amount minus the eBay Final Value Fee, shipping, and a 15% recertification fee.  If G.I.A. does not recertify your purchase, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE POSSIBLE and your purchase will be returned to you.  If any inventory tags are removed from the choker for any reason, you will be refunded the purchase price minus a 25% recertification fee.  If your purchase arrives damaged, no recertification fee will be charged.

Why do we do this?  There’s a lot of fraud in cyberspace both on the retail and consumer end.  We are honest and hope you are too.
