SHIPPING
Each choker is custom crafted using AAA or AA+ pearls. There is no stock pile of pearls. Therefore, orders are on a first come/first served basis.
After being made, chokers are sent to G.I.A. (Gemological Institute of America) for certification if the client has purchased this additional service. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped to G.I.A. for certification. It is returned to Circuit Part Jewelers within 5 (five)-10 (ten) business days, then appraised. If GIA certification has not been purchased, orders for platinum chokers and platinum chains are shipped within 3 (three) business days of cleared payment domestically and internationally. All other orders are shipped within 2 (two) business days of cleared payment.
Shipping within the US is via USPS Express Mail Overnight. However, because we are in Hawaii, all orders arrive on the second day. Sorry, but USPS rules apply. International packages are shipped via DHL. All packages require a signature upon delivery. Shipping insurance and delivery confirmation are included. International clients are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes charged by the client’s country once out of customs.
REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. In the event your choker arrives damaged, unwearable, or you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please call or email Circuit Party Jewelers immediately and obtain an exchange/refund authorization number. Be sure to include your name, order number, phone number, address, and reason for exchange/refund in the email. You will then be required to ship the item back in ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION INCLUDING ATTACHED INVENTORY TAGS within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receipt via traceable shipping method. Upon arrival and receipt by us, you will receive a full refund minus shipping charges. If any inventory tags are removed or damaged for any reason, your purchase will be sent to G.I.A. for recertification. After your purchase has been returned from G.I.A. and recertified, your account will be credited for the purchase amount minus shipping, and a 25% recertification fee. If G.I.A. does not recertify your purchase, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE POSSIBLE and your purchase will be returned to you. No refunds or exchanges are possible on pearls that have been approved for drilling by the purchaser. If your purchase arrives damaged, no recertification fee will be charged.
Why do we do this? There’s a lot of fraud in cyberspace both on the retail and consumer end. We are honest and hope you are too.
